The House investigative committee has released a set of approximately 70 photos from the estate of late adjudicated sexual predator Jeffrey Epstein.

This marks the third such release from a cache of in excess of 95,000 images the body has obtained from Epstein's estate. It features images of quotes from the literary work Lolita inscribed across a female's body, and obscured photos of women's foreign passports.

This action arrives hours before the 19 December cut-off for the Justice Department to make public every files related to its investigation into Epstein.

"These new images pose more inquiries about precisely what the Department of Justice has in its custody," said the senior Democrat of the committee, Robert Garcia.

What is in the Images Released

Several of the images released on recently depict Epstein speaking with scholar and advocate Noam Chomsky inside a private plane; Bill Gates positioned next to a individual whose face is redacted; Steve Bannon seated at a desk opposite Epstein, and ex- Alphabet president Sergey Brin at a evening meal.

These are the newest affluent, powerful figures to be pictured in Epstein property photos published by the oversight panel - previously published photos also depict US President Donald Trump and ex-president Bill Clinton, as well as film director Woody Allen, ex- US treasury secretary Larry Summers, counsel Alan Dershowitz, Andrew Mountbatton-Windsor, and other figures.

Appearing in the photographs is not indication of any misconduct, and a number of the photographed men have asserted they were in no way implicated in Epstein's criminal activity.

In a statement released with the photograph release, Lawmakers on the US House Oversight Committee said the Epstein estate's representatives did not supply explanatory details or timings for the pictures.

"Images were selected to offer the public with transparency into a illustrative selection of the photos received from the estate, and to give perspectives into Epstein's network and his profoundly troubling actions," the statement says.

The release also contains multiple photos of passages from the Vladimir Nabokov literary work Lolita inscribed in dark ink across several locations of a female's body, like her torso, foot, pelvis, and back. Lolita narrates the story of a young girl who was groomed by a adult literature professor.

One passage from the book scrawled across a female's upper body states, "Lo-lee-ta: the end of the tongue traveling of three steps down the mouth to land, at three, on the teeth".

The release also contains a collection of photos of women's identification and official papers from countries globally, including Lithuania, Russia, the Czech Republic, and Ukraine.

The majority of the information on the IDs, including names and DOBs, is obscured but the panel said in a press release that the travel documents are associated with "individuals whom Jeffrey Epstein and his associates were interacting with".

A further photograph depicts Epstein sitting at a desk closely in the company of three individuals whose faces have been obscured - a first has her hand on Epstein's upper body under his clothing, and another is bending to view a adjacent computer. Epstein can be seen to be aiding the third individual put on a wristband.

An additional photograph made public is a image of digital messages from an unknown person who says they have been supplied "a number of girls" and are asking for "$1000 per female".

Photo Publication Arrives Ahead of DOJ Due Date

The committee has a vast number of images in its custody from the Epstein holdings, which are "both graphic and mundane," its announcement on recently noted.

The Congressional committee first legally compelled the estate of Epstein, who passed away in a New York prison in 2019 while facing trial on accusations of sex trafficking crimes, in August.

The images and records the Epstein estate's representatives provided to the committee are separate from what is largely referred to "Epstein-related records". Those files are documents in the justice department's custody related to its own investigation into Epstein.

Under the recently passed law, which President Trump enacted in November, the DOJ has until 19 December to publish its records. The extent of what is contained in the DOJ's files is not publicly known, and it's expected that a large amount of the information will be extensively obscured, similar to Congressional documents
